Hi Jillian. I just popped over from Jody's blog to check out yours. :) I love that photo! I attended a conference last month and had opportunities to chat with James Scott Bell and attend several of his workshops. It's one thing to have knowledge but something else again to communicate it well. He's one of the best communicators I've run into and a really nice person, too.

ReplyDeleteSo nice of you to visit. JSB is an awesome teacher. One of the best. What conference were you at? That guy gets around.:) I've always said that when I have difficulty grasping a writing concept Jim can so easily help me get it, whether its at a conference or through one of his books.

Jillian, it was the Surrey Int'l Writers' Conference held in a suburb of Vancouver, Canada. I've attended since 2004... quite the experience.
